Our Home Courses are designed and created for personal enrichment rather than to satisfy any academic requirements. However, we offer 3 courses that have an option to receive a “Certificate of Completion.” This certificate is provided upon completion of the course and the passing of a final assessment. The three Home Courses which offer a certificate after fulfilling the above criteria are: 1) Complete Course of Ayurveda 3.0 2) Kundalini – The Essential Course 3) Yogic Astrology 2.0: Fundamentals

Go to teachings.jaidevsingh.com and login with your email address and the password you created upon registration. Once logged in, click the "Courses & Retreats" tab along the left-hand side. You'll find the course or courses you've purchased displayed at the top of the page. Click the "Continue" button underneath the course you'd like to enter.  

Refunds are a super easy and painless process. If you’ve bought a course and decide within 60 days that it’s not working out for you, just send us an email to let us know and we’ll refund you immediately, no questions asked. Once the refund has been made, please allow 2-3 business days for the money to arrive in your account.

Each one of our Complete Courses is designed so that you can immerse yourself in the theory and practice of Kundalini Yoga or Ayurveda at your own pace, on your own time. Here’s how it works: You’ll receive 4-10 modules for your course, depending on the course itself. Start at the beginning of the course material, making sure not to skip over any of the videos. Jai Dev or Simrit will discuss the recommended method and time frame for completing the course, including any suggested daily practice(s). If you fast-forward through the initial course materials, you might miss directions regarding integral components of the course. The teachings are super powerful, but getting consistent with the practices is really where the juice is, and where the transformation takes place. The practice section of the course is what is going to help you integrate the teachings into your everyday life.

We suggest that you complete one module a week for the duration of the course, but you can move through your course at whatever pace works best for you. Once you own a course, it's yours forever.

When you’re buying a course, select the payment plan option at the time of checkout. You’ll make your first payment at the time of purchase. All remaining payments will be automatically withdrawn from your account every 30 days until you’ve paid the balance in full. If at any time during the first 60 days, you decide the course is not working out for you, simply email us and let us know and we will refund all of the payments you’ve already made back to your account and cancel any future payments. It’s super easy, risk-free, and hassle-free!

Once you purchase a course from us, you have permanent online access to it as long as we have it posted to the site. If you wish, you may also download the majority of course content to a computer so that you can access it without an internet connection. Take into consideration that large video files will require adequate space on your computer.

Underneath downloadable videos, you’ll find a “Download Video” button. Click to download. You may choose to rename the file for easy access inside your download folder.

Our complete courses are a deeper dive into very specific aspects of the yoga practice. They are like a virtual yoga immersion. The number of modules in each course varies, but they all offer hours upon hours of video content that includes lectures, yoga exercises, and meditations. Once you purchase a course, you have access to it for life! You can download it to your computer, access it anytime, and watch it as many times as you’d like. All of our courses are accessible to anyone, but some of them are geared more towards beginners than others. The beautiful thing about our complete home courses is that you can take them at any pace you choose. The recommended pace for most courses is approximately one module a week but you can speed it up or slow it down as you desire. Once you purchase a course, you have access to it for life. You can download it to your computer and access it anytime you want with or without access to the internet. That also means you can go back and take it again and again!

YES! We are so grateful to have launched our first LFA Level One Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in July of 2023. We had over 70 individuals from all over the world participate in this incredible experience. We plan to offer another Level One Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in the future. It’s very important that women who are pregnant or on their menstrual cycle avoid Breath of Fire, or exercises that powerfully engage the navel, like Sat Kriya. During these exercises, you may simply sit in easy pose or relax in savasana while continuing long, slow, deep breathing. You can participate in all other exercises, as your energy level permits, remembering to be gentle with your body during these times. Very little is required of you to practice! All you might need is a yoga mat, although it’s not always necessary, or a blanket/cushion to sit on.

Kundalini Yoga practice generates a lot of energy, which can be expressed in an infinite number of ways. As long as you are approaching your practice with an open heart and mind, nothing that you’re experiencing is strange or unusual, or an indication that you’re doing the practice “wrong.”

It’s important to understand that a Kundalini Yoga practice, or any effective yoga practice, will bring a lot of subconscious patterning into your awareness. This often makes people believe that the practice isn’t working, or they’re regressing in their development. In fact the opposite is true: this is almost always an indication that the practice is working and you’re exactly on track.

Our free trainings are a great way to get acquainted with Kundalini Yoga and the courses that we have to offer. Free trainings are always available on our website at teachings.jaidevsingh.com. To register, all you have to do is select the training you’d like to watch and enter your name and email address. Within seconds, we will send you the first video of the free training series. The next videos will come directly to your inbox over the next few days. Our Life-Force Academy Facebook Forum is a great place to direct your questions about the practice, where they’ll be answered by dedicated teachers and students from all over the world.

We live in an age where technology has allowed us to deliver these teachings to people who otherwise might not have access to them, and bring practitioners from all over the world together to share the wisdom and teachings of Kundalini Yoga. With that being said, nothing replaces having a relationship with a teacher in your area who you trust. Please keep in mind that someone who has a face-to-face connection with you and your practice may be better able to answer your questions than we can!

The ideal time of day to practice is in the early morning before the sun rises—but any time of day is better than no time at all! Choose a time for yourself to practice where you can focus on yourself and your own process, whether that’s first thing in the morning, before you go to sleep, while the kids are watching a movie, or on your lunch break from work—any time works!

We understand that circumstances can change! If you decide that your Life-Force Academy annual membership (whether Essential or Premium) isn’t the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Simply email us your request, and we’ll process your refund swiftly, no questions asked. After 14 days from your purchase, annual memberships become non-refundable. Refunds are not available for canceled monthly memberships. However, members will continue to enjoy full access to the Membership Portal until the end of their current billing cycle.

Absolutely! Head over to your Account Settings to view your options and pick the membership tier of your choice. Membership upgrades will take effect immediately with a prorated fee. Membership downgrades will go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Membership downgrades are not eligible for partial refunds.

Just keep going. Pick right up where you left off, and add an extra day to the end of your challenge if that feels right.

To cancel your subscription, please log in to your LFA Membership Portal and click on the “Account Settings” tab located along the left-hand side of the home screen navigation page. This will bring you to your Membership Profile. Click on the “Cancel Membership” link which is located under the “Membership Settings” button. Please complete the cancellation form and then press “Continue Cancellation” in the bottom right to finalize your membership cancellation. Upon completing this process you should arrive at a page confirming your cancellation. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation of your membership cancellation. You will retain access to the Membership Portal until the end of your current billing cycle.

At the end of an 11-Day Challenge, your focus should be: what am I going to do on day 12? The point of a Challenge is creating a consistent and powerful practice. Keep your momentum strong by continuing on with the current meditation from the challenge, or choosing another meditation or kriya that resonates with you.

There is a search bar at the top of every page on the website. Type the kriya or meditation you’re looking for to be directed to a list of available classes or courses containing your request.

Uh oh! If your account is not working properly, it’s possible that the most recent payment of your membership or payment plan didn’t go through. Head to the Account Settings tab to verify or update your billing method. If it all looks good and you’re still having trouble, contact our Customer Success Team at [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If you’re not receiving our emails, it’s possible that they are ending up in your Spam/Junk folder. Please check and make sure that [email protected] is added to your list of approved senders. Another possibility is that at some point you opted out of receiving our emails. If you think that’s the case, please send us an email at [email protected] and let us know that you’d like to resubscribe to our mailing list. Lastly, if you signed up for a course or the Academy with PayPal, your login credentials will be sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account. Please check that email account for your login information or other information about your course/membership. If you don’t have access to that email address or you’d like us to switch your account to a different email address, please let us know.

It’s super easy! All you have to do is login to your account and go to the Account Settings tab and click "Update Payment Method." If you have any questions or any trouble updating your billing information, please email us at [email protected] and we will assist.

If you’re having trouble logging in, here are a few things you can try:

1. Our login system is cAsE sEnSiTiVe, so please make sure that you capitalized (or un-capitalized) your password as necessary.
2. If you’re still having trouble, try clearing the search history in your browser, and then accessing teachings.jaidevsingh.com/login again. Alternatively, you can access the login page from a different browser.
3. Finally, try resetting your password using the link on the login page.
4. If the above fails, email our team at [email protected] and we’ll help you!

We do our best to make our content streamable for everyone, by reducing file sizes and giving multiple resolution options when possible. To adjust the resolution of the video, click the AUTO icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the video and select a lower resolution than you are currently using. Try 540p first, and if it’s still not loading, move to 360p or 270p. If that doesn’t work, you might also: 1. Switch to a different browser. Sometimes, for whatever reason, some browsers have more trouble with streaming content than others. We find that Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox work best! You can also try clearing the search history in the browser you are currently using. 2. Connect an ethernet cable directly from the router to your computer. If you’re using wi-fi and you have the capability of connecting directly into the router, this will definitely speed things up for you. 3. Call your internet service provider and ask them about the issues you’re having with streaming. They’ll be able to give you more information about the streaming capabilities of your current internet service.

Once you are logged in, please click on the “Account Settings” tab which is located along the left-hand side of your home screen navigation page. This will bring you to your Membership Profile. On the right-hand side of the upper part of the page, there is a “Change Password” section. Click on the “Edit” link associated with this. This will bring you to a page where you can change your password.

It’s super easy! Just open up the web browser on your phone and type in teachings.jaidevsingh.com, or lifeforce.yoga. Login with your username and password, and you’ll be taken directly to the mobile version of LFA!

You can reduce or increase the definition of the video by clicking the AUTO tab on the lower right-hand side of the video player. The higher the number, the more bandwidth required. Select the definition that works best for you and your internet speed.
