Standard Accommodations

Menla’s standard shared accommodations options consist of four individual cabins sequestered along the valley at the edge of the surrounding forests. Snowlion, Dragon, and Garuda Cabins each accommodate 12-13 people, with Eva’s Cabin accommodating up to 6.

All offer shared bathrooms, kitchen, and modest dining/living room spaces, making them ideal for those seeking a group living experience. For those preferring more privacy, Gangtok and Panther Cottages have a total of six private rooms, each with one queen bed. All standard accommodations include cotton linens and towels and signature Menla hand and face soap.

Camping

Menla’s grounds offer ample space for camping. Whether you set your tent up on one of our wooden tent platforms or on one of the grassy areas just above the Pantherkill Stream, enjoy the sounds of nature. Bathrooms with showers and locker rentals for campers are available in the nearby lower level of the Nalanda Conference Center.

Campers must bring their own camping gear, including tent, sleeping bag, and pillow. Menla provides camper towels upon request.

Off-Site Accommodations

It’s not recommended, but you are welcome to stay off-site. If you choose this option, you are responsible for booking your own accommodations.
