LFA Immersion 2024 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date of the retreat will receive a refund, less a $108 nonrefundable deposit.
• For cancellations made within 30 days of the Immersion start date, no refunds will be issued, and the entire amount paid will be forfeited. In no case may registration fees paid for this event be transferred to another person or any future event.
• Shuttle reservations must be made by May 1st and all shuttle payments are completely non-refundable.

Agreement of Photo/Video Release & Liability Waiver

I hereby agree to the following: 

1. That video or photos taken of me during the Life-Force Academy Immersion 2024 onsite event, can be used for social media and promotional purposes. 
2. In consideration of the engagement as an attendee, and for other good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as received, I hereby grant to Shumba records and Jai Dev Singh, LLC, the absolute right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, and publish, photographic portraits or pictures of me or in which I may be included, in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations from time to time, in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, made through any medium at his/her studios or elsewhere, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, for art, advertising, trade or any other legal purpose. I also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction therewith. 
3. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. 
4. I hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless Shumba Records and/or Jai Dev Singh, LLC from any and all liability that has or may occur or be produced in the taking of said pictures or any subsequent process thereof, as well as any publication thereof. 
5. I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years old, and have the right and ability to consent to the terms herein, and further, that I have an authorized and able to sign on behalf of all persons listed above as attendee(s). 
6. I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Release. I understand that I am or may be giving up certain legal rights by signing this Release. 
7. I knowingly and voluntarily waive any claim that I may have against Shumba Records, Jai Dev Singh or Jai Dev Singh, LLC. for the use of images & video in their promotional materials. 
8. That I am participating in Yoga Classes and Health Programs offered by Jai Dev Singh of Jai Dev Singh, LLC, during which I will receive information and instruction about Yoga, Ayurveda and Health. I recognize that Yoga requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. 
9. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in Yoga Classes or before incorporating Ayurvedic Herbs into my lifestyle. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical conditions that would prevent my full participation in the Yoga Classes, Health Programs or Workshops. 
10. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.
11. I knowingly and voluntarily waive any claim that I may have against Shumba Records, Jai Dev Singh or Jai Dev Singh, LLC, for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program. 

I have read the above Cancellation Policy and the Photo/Video Release & Liability Waiver and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
