Apr 1 - Apr 7, 2026 | Munay Sonqo Retreat Center, Sacred Valley, Peru
For thousands of years, yogic teachings have been transmitted directly from teacher to student. A living lineage devoted to understanding human potential and awakening life-force. These practices were never meant to be abstract or distant. They were designed for real people, living real lives, meeting real challenges. Most of us were not taught how to work with our own inner energy. How to meet depression with devotion. How to transform anxiety into steadiness and strength. The Life-Force Academy Immersion is a direct experience of these teachings in your own body and mind. It offers a practical way to work with inner energy and emotional patterns through precise yoga and meditation. Over the course of the immersion experience, you learn how to cultivate steadiness, resilience, and vitality from the inside out.
The Life-Force Academy Immersion is designed to reconnect you with a larger field of intelligence that is already moving through your body, breath, and awareness. Each day balances dynamic practice, guidance, rest, and integration, creating space to feel beyond the small loops of habit and effort.
As the inner signal strengthens, perception widens. The work is powerful and enlivening, yet always grounded in respect for the body’s natural wisdom. Through practice, you begin to sense how your individual energy is connected to something much bigger. A wider rhythm. A deeper coherence.
What opens is not abstract or distant. It is lived, embodied, and immediately available, changing how you move through your inner world and the world around you.
Each day of the immersion balances dynamic practice, guidance, rest, and integration, designed to reconnect you with a larger field of intelligence that is already moving through your body, breath, and awareness.

Practice held by the Andes, surrounded by living mountains, flowing water, and land that has supported spiritual practice for centuries
Munay Sonqo rests in Peru’s Sacred Valley, held by the steady presence of the Andes. Mountains rise close. Water moves through. Mornings arrive gently. Even before practice begins, the body registers support, rhythm, and space. The name Munay Sonqo means Heart of Love, and the mission of the center reflects that simply and directly. It exists to support healing, presence, and conscious transformation. The shalas are built in relationship with the land, allowing breath and movement to align naturally. Food is grown and prepared with care. Silence and connection are both available without effort.

Lodging at Munay Sonqo is intentionally simple, comfortable, and well cared for. Rooms are shared, creating a sense of quiet companionship, while private bathrooms in every room allow for personal space and ease. This balance helps many people feel both supported and grounded throughout the week. Sleep tends to come easily here. The beds are comfortable, the nights are calm, and the overall atmosphere encourages real restoration. There are thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor living areas woven throughout the property. These spaces give you room to unwind, reflect, or connect naturally between sessions.
Munay Sonqo will provide transportation from the airport to the immersion, with return transport arranged at the end of the week as needed. Shuttles of varying sizes are coordinated around participant arrival and departure times, and this transportation is included in the cost of the program, so airport transfers are fully taken care of.
Food at Munay Sonqo is part of the practice. Eating well here supports your nervous system, digestion, and vitality while your energy is actively reorganizing throughout the immersion. Meals are built around a holistic vegetarian approach using fresh, nutrient-dense ingredients rooted in Peruvian food traditions. Grown locally in the surrounding area and prepared in a way that is grounding, clean, and easy for the body to assimilate at altitude. The simplicity of the food allows the intelligence of the ingredients to lead, leaving you nourished without feeling heavy or depleted. Many people feel the difference immediately. This is food as quiet medicine. Steady. Intentional. In service of the deeper work you are here to do.
In Andean culture, life is lived in relationship. With the earth, the mountains, the water, the wind, and the unseen intelligence moving through all of it. Pachamama is felt as the living presence of the land itself, a mothering force that nourishes, receives, and responds. The Apus, the mountain guardians, are honored as conscious allies offering protection, clarity, and strength. To come with a loving heart is to arrive willing to listen. To move gently with the elements rather than against them. To recognize that healing and insight arise through respect, reciprocity, and presence. Here, practice is not separate from the land. It is a conversation with it, one that invites humility, gratitude, and a deeper sense of belonging within the great weave of life.

Please note that all reservations for the Peru Immersion are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Before you register, we ask that you be 100% certain of your ability and intention to attend. We are now within three months of the event, and at this stage of planning, all bookings are final.
This is an intimate retreat with extremely limited availability. Each spot is precious and carefully accounted for—once reserved, it cannot be reallocated.
For this reason, we strongly encourage participants to consider purchasing travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellations or unexpected emergencies. Life happens, and while we truly hope everything flows smoothly for you, insurance can help protect your investment in case the unexpected arises.
If a legitimate emergency does occur that prevents your attendance, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we are unable to offer refunds, we may be able to assist you with documentation for your travel insurance claim.
Thank you for understanding the sacred nature of this gathering and the care that goes into its preparation. We look forward to journeying with you in Peru.
Your arrival and departure airport is Cusco, Peru (CUZ). Most international flights route smoothly through Lima, then continue to Cusco.
The Immersion begins April 2. Please plan to arrive in Cusco no later than April 1 so your body has time to land, breathe, and acclimate. The retreat center is a 2-hour drive from the airport.
Transportation to and from the Cusco airport is fully handled by the retreat center. Once you book your flight, simply send us your airline and flight details so we can arrange for your ride to be there and welcome you. If you are already in Peru or arriving a different way, contact us to arrange specifics.
A guided journey to Machu Picchu is being arranged after the retreat, with dates planned for April 9–10. More details will be shared soon. This will not be a Life-Force Academy event, but arranged separately with our network on the ground.
You may arrive up to one day early at the retreat center (the night of March 31st); however, arrangements must be made in advance. Staying after is also optional based on availability.
